How You (and the network) Did Last Week - 12/20/2017

Winners of the Week:
doNYC

doNYC has done an impressive job overhauling their Instagram game. Their Instagram likes for this month are up 31% from the month prior and 270% from three months prior. Last week was New York's all-time best with 94 comments and 4,440 likes, the most in the network.

One of the keys to winning Instagram is making it seem like your brand is everywhere -- and lastweek, doNYC's IG feed featured coverage of everything from Chance sitting in with SZA to LCD Soundsystem to the madness of the Bedford Ave L Stop.

When doNYC used Instagram to promote specific events, they did it with a ton of personality -- such as with this Tekken post promoting an emo night and this sign promoting a Vape Leaf pop-up.

Some other stellar Instagram posts from around the network that YOU should replicate are:
... or maybe you can bribe Matt McDonald to come take a striking photo of your city in the fog.

Do312

Do312 crushed it across all of their social channels last week. In addition to the aforementioned restaurant posts, some other highlights were:
Luckily, Chicago is offering social media internships so that fortunate young minds can learn from Lorena and team's wisdom. Tell your friends in the area!

Happy Holidays

We're headed into a holiday week at DoStuff; I'll be spending it slamming coffee and reading as much as I possibly can, so that I can return to work ready to serve the network in a more effective capacity.

Please have an amazing holiday, everyone -- and please be safe. (But not too safe.) We love youall dearly.

There will be no Winner of the Week email or stats update next week, but we'll be back thefollowing week with a full recap of big wins from the holidays.

We've also had a few metros ask about 2018 audience goals -- we're currently in the process of formulating those, so please stay tuned. In the meantime, throw on your favorite Abercrombie Puffer; this is the time to:
