How You (and the network) Did Last Week - 7/11/16

Winners of the Week:
Do604 + DoLA!

Last week, three separate metros had more audience reach than ever before. We'll give each their due below:
  • DoLA: The first of the Twilight Concert Series Events kicked off last week, and it's already leaving 2015 in the dust. Last year, the most popular TCS event got 15K sessions and a little over 4K RSVPs. This year? Triple that, with 40K sessions and12K+ RSVPs. Big increases came from email (which went from almost no traffic last year to 4K+ from their daily newsletter this year) and social (1.5K last year to 10K this year from Facebook and Twitter). All told, DoLA had yet again their highest week of traffic of all time and walked away with 7.5K new subscribers.

  • Do604: Of course, we're not only about the large metros. Do604 had their highest week of traffic since launch as well, thanks to the popularity of their Pemberton fest giveaway package in their email, their successful social promotion of Red Truck Concert Series, and a surprising amount of organic search from people looking for a Lil Yachty show. And while the ~4K sessions last week are nice, the 600+ subscribers from their fest giveaways are even sweeter, since they'll still be around when Lil Yachty has faded from our collective SoundCloud accounts.
And while it seemed the wrong sentiment to name them winner of the week, Eusebio's poignant post in the wake of the events in Dallas reached 2 million people looking for some words of reconciliation.

We'll leave off there for this week, but scan your updated stats below, and hit us with any questions on how you can capitalize on audience in the thick of summer:
